Steady Tax & Bookkeeping was founded by Ivan Dyakov to give service-business owners what most bookkeeping arrangements never deliver: accurate books on a fixed schedule, payroll and taxes coordinated under one roof, and reporting an owner can actually use. The firm is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and built to serve clients nationwide.

The background
Before founding Steady, Ivan spent more than 15 years in business development, sales leadership, operations, and entrepreneurship, including building an eco-products company that reached the top 100 in its industry. That experience shapes how Steady works: practical advice grounded in running real businesses, not just recording them. How the firm works
Everything runs on QuickBooks Online with a flat monthly fee agreed in writing before work begins. You get a set close date each month, reports in plain English, and responsive communication with defined responsibility and quality review behind every deliverable. Ivan leads client strategy, major relationships, and service standards, supported by a specialized delivery process built for consistency as the firm grows.

Steady's day-to-day delivery is led by Anna Kim, a SHRM-certified HR professional (SHRM-CP) with a graduate degree in Human Capital Management from Columbia University. She leads client onboarding, payroll and HR coordination, quality control, and the repeatable processes that keep service consistent as the firm grows.
Anna brings hands-on experience across HR administration, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, the same work Steady's clients need most as their teams grow. She also holds an ADP Payroll Specialist credential.
